Darragh McKeon a grandi dans les Midlands en Irlande et vit à New York. Son premier roman All That’s Solid Melts into Air a été remarqué par le New York Times, a été traduit en sept langues et a reçu de nombreux prix littéraires. Il a écrit pour BA Magazine, the Independant, the Irish Times, the Irish Examiner et the Kenyon Review. A la maison Dora Maar, il a travaillé sur son deuxième roman, The Country They Call Life.
