Jazz @ Tingry - Wakan Trio

Pianist originally from South Korea, Francesca Han studied jazz in New York with major musicians such as Jason Moran and Ralph Alessi (with whom she recorded a duo album), and was based for a time in Japan, before finally settling in the South of France, where her talent has not failed to come to the fore. Joining forces with two musicians, both with international careers under their belts, double bassist Pierre Fénichel and drummer Fred Pasqua, she has formed Wakan, a trio that develops its own style, while remaining true to the heritage of the great bands of the genre.  An opportunity, under the auspices of Dora Maar, to discover a great artist of our time, and a trio destined for a brilliant future.
