Art historian and curator Jennifer Mundy recently left her position as head of art historical research at Tate London to pursue independent research projects. She has published widely on modern art, focusing particularly on Surrealism and Abstraction, and has curated several major exhibitions in these fields. In 2007 Mundy was a founding member of Tate’s research department, and she became known for her work in the field of online scholarly publications. She launched the award-winning online exhibition The Gallery of Lost Art in 2012 and recently published Lost Art and Man Ray: Writings on Art.
