Mequitta Ahuja makes large, figurative paintings and works on paper. Her work has been exhibited widely. In 2010, she was featured in ArtNews as “An Artist to Watch.” In 2018 she was awarded a Guggenheim Fellowship from the John Simon Guggenheim Memorial Foundation.
