Journée Nicolas de Staël at Hotel de Tingry

• 5PM: Conférence on Nicolas de Staël by Jean-Pierre Chauvet. Since 1971, Jean-Pierre Chauvet has collaborated with poets, illustrated books, designed engravings and made stained glass windows. He works at the Musée Picasso and gives lectures on art history
• Break for a drink and snack
• 7PM: “Sur les traces de Nicolas de Staël, Lettres 1926-1955”, interpreted by Vanina Delannoy. Vanina Delannoy, actress, created a play based on the letters of Nicolas de Staël, in collaboration with artistic director, Pascale Cousteix and sound designer, Stéphane Morisse. You are invited to enter in the intimate life of the painter who lived her in Menerbes.
